Rules for using this website, purchasing Toplist Script, and working with us on related services.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Toplist Sales website and any purchase of Toplist Script or related services from us. By browsing this site, starting checkout, or buying a license, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
2. Who we are
Toplist Sales is the marketing and sales site for Toplist Script, a self-hosted PHP CMS for niche toplist and comparison sites. We operate this site and sell licenses directly.

3. Product & license
When you purchase Toplist Script, you receive a lifetime Standard License to use the software on websites you own or operate, subject to the terms below.
Standard License summary
- Use: Unlimited domains you own or operate — no seat, project, or site-count limit.
- Footer credit: Every site built with Toplist Script includes a "Powered by ToplistScript" footer link back to toplistscript.com. This credit link may not be removed or modified.
- Resale: Not permitted. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the source code — or a substantially similar competing product — to third parties.
- Delivery: Sent to the email address you use at checkout (Stripe or PayPal) within 24 hours of payment.
- You may install and use the source code on your own domains.
- You may customize colors, layout, and appearance for your own sites through the admin panel.
- You may not remove or modify the "Powered by ToplistScript" footer credit and link.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise offer the source code — or a substantially similar competing product — to third parties.
- Free updates are provided as part of the lifetime license at our discretion.
Toplist Script is sold as downloadable source code. You are responsible for hosting, backups, security, and compliance on sites you build with it.

4. Purchases & payment
Checkout is handled through hosted payment pages operated by Stripe and PayPal. We do not process card or bank details on our servers.
Prices shown on this site (currently $299 for Toplist Script) are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be collected by the payment provider where required.
Your order is complete when payment is successfully processed by Stripe or PayPal. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a technical error.
5. Delivery
After payment, Toplist Script is delivered to the email address you provide during checkout on Stripe or PayPal, within 24 hours of your order.
Check spam and promotions folders if you do not see your download. Contact us with your payment receipt if delivery has not arrived within 24 hours.
6. SEO Package (separate service)
We may offer a paid Done-for-you SEO Package (quoted separately on this site). That service is governed by these Terms plus any scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed in writing when you engage us.
SEO services are not included in the standard Toplist Script license price unless explicitly stated in your agreement.
7. Support & updates
We provide reasonable email support for license holders regarding installation and use of Toplist Script. Support does not include custom development, guaranteed rankings, or ongoing site management unless agreed separately.
We may update the software, documentation, or this website at any time. Material license changes will not remove rights already granted for purchases completed before the change.
8. Refunds
Because Toplist Script is digital goods delivered shortly after purchase, refunds are handled case by case. Contact [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request.
We may offer a refund where delivery failed, the wrong product was supplied, or another clear error occurred on our side. Abuse of refund requests may result in refusal of future sales.
9. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or checkout flows.
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with site operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or payment details at checkout.
10. Disclaimer
This website and Toplist Script are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee search rankings, affiliate revenue, uptime of your hosting, or fitness for a particular business outcome.
Marketing examples, mockups, and earnings illustrations on this site are illustrative — not promises of results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of this site or Toplist Script.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
